Silver Contract
- Maintain the equipment in an effcient operating condition; provide corrective maintenance when called to do so by the customer during normal working hours, being 8.00am -16.30pm.
- Provide preventative maintenance by means of an inspection every three months, identifying any deterioration or breakdown of equipment and restoring the equipment to a satisfying state.
- Provide the customer with advice, software upgrades at no additional cost.
- All service calls happen outside working hours will be chargeable.

Option 2
Gold Contract

- Provide preventative maintenance by means of an inspection every three months, identifying any deterioration or breakdown of equipment and restoring the equipment to a satisfying state.
- Provide the customer with advice, software upgrades at no additional cost.
- All service calls happen outside working hours will be chargeable.
- The contract shall be valid for 60 months and you may cancel giving 90 calendar days’ notice before annual anniversary. If no notice is given the contract will run indefinitely until either party gives 90 calendar days notices in writing.
- Replace any equipment at no charge even when caused by lightning/surge/water damage or act of God.
Option 3
Platinum Contract
- Maintain the equipment in an effcient operating condition; provide corrective maintenance when called to do so by the customer during normal working hours, being 8.00am-16.30pm.
- Provide preventative maintenance by means of an inspection every three months, identifying any deterioration or breakdown of equipment and restoring the equipment to a satisfying state.
- Provide the customer with advice, software upgrades at no additional cost.
- All service calls being made outside working hours will be chargeable.
- The contract shall be valid for 60 months and may be cancelled giving 90 calendar days’ notice before annual anniversary. If no notice is given the contract will run indefinitely until either party gives 90 calendar days notices in writing.

- Full comprehensive insurance.
